The performance is based on Henrik Ibsen’s “Brand” and “Little Eyolf”, which were treated as a starting point for a story about chaos-ridden community – the city. It is a city filled with homeless people who refuse to settle down. With those who are the most determined to protect their own waste that they had been collecting all their life: unnecessary emotions, pleasures, and other people with whom they have to share this paradoxically crowded city space. Brand is one of them. He comes from a faraway land and tries to convince some of them that the worst kind of economic and religious crisis is the best way to freedom. That only by fighting they can reach resurrection promised them two thousand years ago. That the nightmare experienced by the body is actually a reason for never-ending joy.
